I have decided that I need to get serious about better habits and routines.  To that end, I'm looking for a simple daily task checklist to download to my phone.  Does anyone have any suggestions for one that would be easy to use?

I really like habitica. You can have a list of habits, as in things you do or don't do multiple times a day, a list of daily activities to check off, and a running to do list. You can access it on your computer, tablet, or phone, and I really like that flexibility.

It's also kind of like a video game where you earn points for how much you do, and you can join a party with other people and defeat monsters and get eggs that hatch into pets. I'm calling Mommy on there as well, and my party is called the Questing Beasts, if anybody wants to join the fun.

Try 30/30! I love it. You can create customized timed task lists. I use it all of the time.

I have discovered that if I have to check something too much, I don't use it. So apps and electronic reminders don't work for me.

But what I have found really helps is Konmarie. It's a Japanese book about keeping things tidy. Over and over I've found if I have fewer physical things, I can keep the stuff I love together better. Because why bother folding the underwear that you hate but can't bring yourself to throw away? Keep nice undies that you like, and folding them is less of a chore to be remembered. Keep your space neat (soooooooooo not easy for me!) and life become easier and less hectic.
